Interview process
Firstly, I was contacted to book a recruiter interview, then got an automatic rejection. The recruiter reached out that it was by mistake and it went out automatically, an honest mistake but a bit stressful before an interview.
The interviewer felt a bit confused about my experience, asking questions about things I've already outlined in detail in my resume, but again, it could be a formatting error on my end (even though I haven't had that issue with other interviewers with the same resume). The interview ended up being 80% asking about my previous company & how the team worked, which felt like I was repeating myself continuously.
I also answered with the usual answers, but the interviewer would repeat the exact same question again. Overall, a weird interview, I ended it not knowing how much I actually talked about the role or my experience.

Tips from the candidate
Make sure you're extremely structured, that way the interviewer can ask pinpoint questions instead of misunderstanding your answers. Felt like story-led answers didn't land as much; perhaps they would lean more towards impact-driven answers or more matter-of-fact ones.
Company culture
Distributed team across two countries, Germany and Ukraine, with the Ukraine office being more developer-heavy. The culture seems to be one of collaboration, multiple people at the same level for each role.
