Tips from the candidate
Have at least two detailed scenarios for each principle, Whenever possible, quantify your impact, Practice designing multi-region, resilient web applications. You should be able to explain exactly why you’d choose one database or messaging service over another.
Company culture
Meetings are less about "who has the highest title" and more about "what does the data show?" This creates a meritocratic atmosphere where a good idea can come from anyone, provided it is backed by evidence.
