The interview started with a resume discussion and a system design round. There wasn't enough time left to fully code the LeetCode problem and dry-run the test cases. The interviewer didn't even switch on their camera, and it felt like they weren't very interested in conducting the interview.

Tips from the candidate
Switching to Python instead of C++ or Java could provide an advantage. Solutions can be implemented more quickly, allowing the remaining time to be used for discussing trade-offs and optimizations.
Company culture
What stood out to me was the focus on engineering quality and the high standards for building products that are used by millions of people. I also liked that teams seem to work closely across different functions to solve complex problems.
