Capital One Product Manager Interview Experience
Capital One · Mid level
Interview process
The recruiter was great. The process went by quite quickly, and they were quite flexible with the scheduling. Overall, I'd say the interview process itself was not the most difficult, and definitely work through all of the materials that the recruiter shares with you beforehand.

Tips from the candidate
Focus on the math aspects because a lot of the last round is quantitative. Also, maybe prepare an end-to-end product that you worked on, because that will be one of the last rounds.
Company culture
The culture is good. At times, work can get slow, but make sure you join the right team.
