Interview process

The process had a great focus on ML, which is to be expected. The hiring manager was quite knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The company seems to have had some pretty crazy stock fluctuation in the last few years, which I thought was kind of a red flag. Not sure if that is a sign of a healthy business.
