Interview process
The process was structured and fairly rigorous, with a good mix of behavioral questions and case-based problem solving. The recruiter was clear about what to expect and provided helpful guidance on how to prepare. I appreciated that the interviewers were engaged and gave me room to explain my thinking rather than focusing only on the final answer. The main challenge was the pace of some of the case discussions, where there was limited time to structure the problem and work through the analysis. Overall, though, the process felt organized and relevant to the work of a management consultant.

Tips from the candidate
I would recommend practicing a variety of consulting cases, especially market entry, profitability, growth strategy, and operational improvement. Be comfortable structuring an ambiguous problem, doing mental math, interpreting charts, and clearly explaining your reasoning as you go. I would also prepare several strong behavioral examples around leadership, teamwork, conflict, impact, and dealing with uncertainty. My biggest advice would be not to over-memorize case frameworks—the interviewers seemed more interested in whether you could think logically and adapt your approach to the specific problem.
Company culture
The people I spoke with came across as collaborative, professional, and genuinely interested in understanding how I think. The interviewers were approachable while still challenging my assumptions, which gave me the impression of a culture where people are expected to have a point of view but also work well with others. I also noticed an emphasis on communication and client impact, not just analytical ability. Overall, the team seemed ambitious and performance-oriented, but still supportive and collegial.
