Interview process
I enjoyed moving through the process - the recruiters are contracted.
The final round is 3 back to back interviews (~45 mins to 1 hr) talking about products, opinions, and behavioral questions.
There is a lot of clear feedback, and the interviewers can be PMs from any team, so they may or may not be on the same team as you if hired. There is a lot of communication between the recruiters and the PMs, so the interview process is quite transparent. PM positions chosen by internal organization leaders (such as Actions, Security VP chooses candidates they want).

BehavioralProduct Strategy- Q1. What is a product you can't put down? How would you improve it?
- Q2. When you shipped X, how did you track metrics?
- Q3. Walk me through how you were able to resolve conflicts with stakeholders.
- Q4. What are your aspirations?
Tips from the candidate
Candidates should know about products they've shipped, methodologies, and be prepared to talk through all of these.
Company culture
Interviews definitely feel more conversational compared to other orgs.
