Interview process
The interviewer gave me a very abstract description of a system, I needed to design, intentionally to let me clarify it through the questions. Most likely because role success depends on how critical it is for you to bother other people with bombarding questions. After all the questions, I clearly understood the system I needed to design, but time was almost up, so I did not have a chance to finish it as I wanted, but maybe someone else will.

Tips from the candidate
If the questions would be the same, they enticipate you to ask questions to clarify system, try to pass this stage within 5 mins, no more and then start doing an actuall design. To make it shorter, i would say, think faster.
Company culture
The interview should be in a very positive manner, meaning smile. That's something that Google values very much.
