Interview process
Our interview process is straightforward: an initial conversation, a technical interview, and a final discussion focused on experience, communication, and problem-solving. What went well was keeping the process practical and giving candidates a chance to explain how they approach real problems. What didn’t go well was that some interviews took longer than expected, so we’re working to make the process more consistent and efficient.

Tips from the candidate
I’d tell them to understand the role, be ready to talk about their past projects, and prepare a few examples of how they solved real problems. Most importantly, be honest, think out loud, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
Company culture
What stood out most was how collaborative and hands-on the team is. People seem to take ownership, communicate openly, and focus on solving problems rather than just following processes.
