Tips from the candidate

Practice system design questions. Practice basic cloud concepts. YouTube for the GCA. Don't waist time doing full coursera type training.

Company culture

Red flag that the HM didn't ask any questions. This was the final interview and he asked nothing. Was also evasive in answering my questions about team performance.
