Interview process

It went pretty well. The interviewers were very nice, so it was easy to talk through my behavioral stories without putting on a super professional act. Coding challenges were mostly medium leetcode questions.

Tips from the candidate

Study medium-hard leetcode questions: Plan the solution before any coding. It should be optimal. Coding was done in a basic text editor with syntax highlighting but no running code / test cases

Company culture

People are very nice, but the company culture is very competitive and rewards bragging/visibility over real impact
