it was super straightforward. some context: It was a frontend interview, I'm normally backend, so I needed more time to build it out. my familiarity wasn't super strong, but I presume that would be a straightforward screen for a FE SWE

Tips from the candidate

just be ready to write react code fairly fast. again, it's not hard, it just requires you to have the expertise to build something functional in like 30 minutes

Company culture

I didn't get much of a sense on this. was purely a tech screen, and I didn't really have a behavioural round, so not much to guage here
