Interview process

The process went well. The screening round itself has two interviews: the behavioral one and the technical one. I didn't do well on the technical one, so the behavioral one was very much a formality, and it was very clear that the person had seen the feedback.

Tips from the candidate

Study distributed systems concepts. The question had a lot of emphasis on scale and concurrency and all those things.

Company culture

Seemed collaborative, but I didn't get a much more read than that.
