Tips from the candidate

Post sales experience matters more than pre sales or product experience. Sharpen cases and have more than a few examples in the back pocket in case they try to fish/angle for more information on a specific sale.

Company culture

Everyone is really new. Recruiter was in seat < 6 months and same with the team member and even the hiring manager. The two interviewers were McKinsey alum which is interesting and indicative of the types of work the role covers.
