Interview process
The overall interview process was well organized and gave me a good understanding of the role and team. The recruiter was communicative throughout and provided helpful guidance on what to expect. The interviews were challenging but fair, and I appreciated the opportunity to speak with people across different functions. Some questions required more detailed examples and quicker thinking than I expected, but overall it was a positive experience.

Tips from the candidate
Prepare several clear examples from your past experience that demonstrate product judgment, execution, collaboration, and measurable impact. Practice explaining your thinking out loud, asking clarifying questions, and responding to unexpected follow-ups. I would also review the company’s products and come prepared with thoughtful questions for the team.
Company culture
The team seemed thoughtful, collaborative, and focused on maintaining a high bar. The interviewers were engaged, respectful, and genuinely interested in understanding how I think. The culture appeared fast-paced and ownership-oriented, but I did not notice any major red flags.
