Tips from the candidate

I was surprised by the system design problem. Anduril asks hard problems, I didn't see any cookie cutter problem, they want to see you reason through your answers.

Company culture

Vibe was really good, interviewers were really great. They place a heavy bias on behavioral interviews so not preparing for those would be a mistake
