Just read the basics of OOP and DSA. You can study abstraction, inheritance, polymorphism, and encapsulation for DSA. You can do leet code.

Company culture

Things were moving very slowly, that's all. Everything in the company is divided by projects, and projects were mainly clients that were banks. Based on what bank you are allotted to, the tech stack is decided.
